Orders

All products are made to order. Placing an order is an invitation for us to accept the work; we confirm by email once the 20% deposit has been received via PayPal or Interac. Estimated lead times are best-effort — we'll always confirm a real timeline in the confirmation email.

Payments

We accept payment offline via PayPal (85prma@gmail.com) or Interac e-Transfer (jujuswonderworkshop@gmail.com). We never see your card details.

Custom orders

Custom clickers and nameplates can't be resold, so once the deposit is paid and work has started we generally can't offer refunds — but if something goes wrong, please email us and we'll make it right.

Shipping & delivery

Once your order ships, delivery timing depends on the carrier. If it goes missing, email us and we'll help track it down.

Photos and product designs remain the property of Juju's Wonder Workshop. Please don't reuse them without asking.
